AI Services We Use

Amazon Bedrock

ChatARV uses Amazon Bedrock, a fully managed AI service provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Amazon Bedrock powers our AI-driven property analysis and comparable sales features.

Amazon Bedrock is used to assist with:

• Property analysis and feature detection
• Comparable sales evaluation and selection
• Repair cost estimation

How Your Data Is Used With AI

When you use AI-powered features on ChatARV, property data and queries you submit may be processed by Amazon Bedrock to generate responses. We do not use your data to train AI models. Data processed through Amazon Bedrock is subject to AWS's Privacy Policy.

Google Account Integration

ChatARV uses Google OAuth to allow users to sign in with their Google accounts. When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (name and email address) solely for account creation and authentication purposes. This information is not shared with Amazon Bedrock or any AI service.
